Graham, was brilliant, arrived the time he said, was very polite and very friendly. Put all the sheets down before even starting on the job at had, was happy to listen to anything I said or would like and would give advice if needed.
Finished the job and cleaned up after himself, showed me everything and the process and explained it very easy.
