After buying a flat, moving stuff in and then realising I had no hot water I was rushing through google looking for a plumber, to which I found Graham. I called him asking for advice to which he told me to send a picture of the cylinder. After doing this he gave me a quote just from a picture! Another plumber I spoke to just before this quoted an extortionate fee just to come and have a look!
We then booked for the following week, on my day off, how ideal! Graham arrived on time and came across as a lovely friendly man. Many unexpected problems occurred during the visit, but Graham was not phased and carried on. He was such a lovely man very chatty.
Cannot recommend him enough, not only do I now have hot water, but I’ve also had a great time chatting. Thanks so much Graham. All the best
