Put a screw into a gas pipe, Pryde plumbing had it fixed within the hour.. Good service.

Immersion heater failed, and ball valve stuck resulting in the overflow running continually. Phoned in the morning, arrived in the afternoon, all sorted very quick;y and at a lot less cost than I was dreading! I would not hesitate to call them again if I had a problem
